Vegetables are products whose prices fluctuate drastically in acc ordance with fluctuations in their supply. This is because their harvest depends heavily on weather conditions and their storability is inherently poor.
We carry out measures aimed at the stable management of vegetable producers, at supply and demand adjustment, and at price stabilization in order to secure the stable supply of domestic vegetables.
